Hearing the crash, Ludwig stormed up the stairs, thinking Italy had broken something.  He saw the strange man laying there.  "H-Hey, vhat zhe hell do you zhink you're doing?!" he yelled.  Pointing at the window.  "Vhere did you even come from?!"

Volaticus quickly rolled away from the wall, brushing glass shards from his clothes as he sat up, trying not to wince when he accidentally cut himself. He stared up at the German, backing up and pressing against the wall. "Sh%t, I didn't mean to break through the window I swear! I-I'm sorry! I just crashed here! I'm telling the truth!" He cried out, staying close to the wall.

He calmed down a little, noticing the wings.  "Hey... are zhose real?" he asked, folding his arms.  He sighed, "It's fine, I guess... I'll get it fixed, not like zhis hasn't happened before--" he muttered, remembering the time Lutz broke one of his mirrors when he was drunk, and also the times where Feliciano did too...

"M-my wings...? Y-yeah, they're real alright." He said softly, calming down. He slowly stood up, stretching out his wings a bit and flapping them a little to shake off some glass. He glanced over at his hand, wincing when he noticed a cut on his palm. Not sure what else to do, he lightly licked his wound, trying to stop the bleeding.

He noticed the cut, walking over to see it better.  "Here, let me go get somezhing for zhat so it doesn't get infected.  I deal vith zhese zhings all zhe time." he told him, walking to the bathroom and getting his first aid kit, then bringing it back to him.  He gently took the other's hand, popping open the first aid kit, and getting out some rubbing alcohol and bandages.
"It might sting a little, zhough." he warned as he rubbed the alcohol into his cut before wrapping it up.

He looked over at him in surprise, still lightly licking his wound. He really dealt with this sort of thing all the time? That was something new. He winced a little as the German held onto his hand, rubbing the alcohol into the cut and wrapping it up. He have him a slightly confused look, unable to comprehend what had just happened. Did he just help him...? Didn't he care that he was a devil? A creature typically seen as evil? Shouldn't he have thrown him out? He tried to speak, ask him why he had bothered. "Grazie..." That was all he managed to say.

"I assumed you vere Italian.  Ja, don't vorry about it." he sighed, making sure the bandages weren't too tight.  "Now, since zhat is out of zhe vay.  Vhat are you?  I don't zhink I've ever seen anyzhing like you..." he asked, his piercing blue eyes examining over the other curiously.
It was true, though.  He'd never seen anything like him.  He never really believed in these types of things, but... if he said his wings were real, they could be, right?

"Ah, that's right. I am Italian..." He said softly, folding his wings in a bit tighter as his tail swayed from side to side. "I... I'm a devil. That's what I am." He said softly in response to his question, looking up into the other's blue eyes with his own red ones. He bit his lower lip, breaking eye contact and looking down. He was going to kick him out now, he just knew it. What else could he expect? It was obvious no one wanted him to stick around aside from about two people. He tried to pull his hand away, fearful of being held in place and beaten. It had happened before, who's to say it wouldn't happen once again?

He let the other pull his hand away, "No need to be afraid!  I-I'm nicht going to hurt you." he told him.  Sure, he seemed like a cruel guy, but he really wasn't.  "A devil, huh?" He continued to look the other over, "Vell... you don't seem like you're lying.  Vhat are you doing here?  On Earth, I mean... you're pretty far from home, too."

He held his hand close to his chest, placing the other over it. After a moment he looked back up at him, hesitating before looking into his blue eyes. "Well... I don't particularly like it down where I live. I... I like seeing the sky, and today looked like a really good day to go for a flight. I'm honestly not too sure myself what happened, but I somehow crashed right through your window... I'm sorry..." He murmured, his wings and tail both drooping a bit in guilt.

He stiffened up a little, expecting the dogs to bark at him before relaxing when they didn't. "Your name's Ludwig..? That's a nice name. My name is Volaticus. Pleasure to meet you too Ludwig." He smiled slightly, not enough to show his fangs but it was a smile nonetheless. He fluttered his wings a little, the large appendages almost appearing to shine as they flapped.

He wondered if he should have tried petting one of the dogs, deciding that it was too late to try now anyways. He stopped flapping his wings, looking back a bit to see if he had knocked something over without realizing it. "No one's ever really said that it was nice to have me as company..." He said softly, looking back at him with his hands clasped together over his heart.

He was just about to apologize when he had cut him off, blinking in surprise. "I guess that makes sense to me..." He said softly, looking his 'host' over. He seemed a bit scary at first, but he was actually really nice. Come to think of it, he was actually pretty handsome now that he looked at him. He blushed at the thought that crossed his mind, biting his lip slightly. He shook the thought away, sure that it would just be a lost cause if he tried. "Could... Could I be a friend...?"

He knew it would be odd for the other to understand, but who knew, maybe he would.  He was slightly confused when the other blushed, but decided not to say anything.  "You vant to be a friend?" he asked, rather surprised by this.  People usually didn't ask to be his friend just like that, especially when he'd yelled at him earlier.
