What you do is, click on your base. Scroll down the page. On the right it'll say that your deviation isn't in a group. Click submit to a group. There will be a tab that says type group name. Click on that and try putting group names into it. 

Here are some groups that might accept your bases, dear.

Respond? It truly depends on what groups you submit the base(s) to. The bigger the group, the more favorites and comments you get. Rules also help. I use standard rules:

Don't ask, you may use. 

All edits are acceptable. 

Frankeldolling is okay as long as it is alright with the other base maker(s). 

Credit me no matter how much you edited this base. 

Have fun.

No five minute jobs.
