But.. didn't the purge already happen? Why would you go to the future from the past to warn me about an event that has already transpired? Surely a better idea would be to stay in the past and alert my past self. But assuming that this isn't a mistake on your behalf, and you did mean to come to this time period to warn me about an event that I thought had already happened, I can only think of one thing that would actually make sense in that regard.

Are we currently dealing with parallel universes?

Do not worry, I too am aware of the existence of time travel and the problems it poses. Luckily for you, this particular incident happened to be a minor one. For as wibbly-wobbly time happens to be, one can never be too careful about how it happens. In the case of preventing total disaster, one must reverse the polarity of the neutron flow. But fortunately this bump in the space-time continuum only happens to be what it is. A simple bump. Thank the omniverse for that.

Once you get into the habit of doing so, you realize that it is of a rather low difficulty. All you are required to do is to expand your sentences somewhat by substituting certain words for others, and using distinct phrases to further prove the point that could have been proven in a much simpler sense, but lacking in finesse and integrity.
