That's always a great idea. Being transgender can be very stressful at times. Have you started on hormone replacement therapy yet? I've been taking female hormones since January of this year, and it's amazing how much the hormones have improved me. My physical and mental health is greatly better.

I'm currently very young still! I have started therapy for this issue though, albeit recently. I do plan on taking hormones and getting proper changes etc. etc.
