Argh you have a Creative Zen player, I always wanted one of those but can't find anything else than low-grade trash by anyones standards and friggen iPods which i'd rather burn at the stake than buy. (And the reasons are only growing , but I knew they were one of the worst brands on the planet when Steve Jobs was still alive and kicking)
