I haven't been to Disneyland since I was eight or something. And even then it was Disneyland Paris. Which is still pretty awesome, even if no one understands your language.
Of course, you could say the same for America OH I WENT THERE SNAP.

the reason I want to go to japan & learn japanese,it's because:
1)it's on my list of countries I want to go & it's a once a life experience
2)one of the option for my career is to work at Studio Ghibli so at least I have to understand my collegues

Just before I was born, my dad was offered a job in Tokyo. So of course, my whole family (my then somewhat-pregnant mother, my dad and my two brothers) did that country shift.
And dad HATED it. He hated the food. He hated the language. He hated the culture.
It's not that he's racist - he just doesn't like it. At all. *shrug*
So, after I think two months or so they shifted out of there. Now, anytime I mention sushi dad goes on an epic long rant about how awful it is. It starts off:
'Cold rice stuck to raw fish wrapped in dry seaweed?!'
And the Studio Ghibli thing sounds awesome.
About the language barrier - most people will have at least a passably good understanding of English. And Japanese businessmen generally prefer to speak to people in English rather than Japanese - unless the person is genuinely fluent, as in the case of a friend of my father's, who was taught by his Tokyo born and raised wife.

I spoke to my dad actually about the living in Japan thing. To get enough fluency that people will speak to you in Japanese it will take in the vicinity of five years of study.
People in Studio Ghibli will likely know how to speak English because in all likelihood there are animators who only share the English language with them. I mean, the heavy accent might get in the way, but most if not all people will speak English with a decent degree of fluency.
And I mean, if you stay there sufficiently long, you will probably pick up a good chunk of Japanese.
So I guess maybe learning some Japanese would be useful, but don't expect to have that many conversations in it. Contrary to what you might think, they will probably know English.
As for my dad...like I said, he's not a hateful person. I think what he really hates most was the food and how crowded Tokyo is. He's a farm boy at heart, I think.
