don't know if you'd be interested, but I'm a fellow custom blind bag artist. There aren't a lot of us-- I livestream almost daily and I show what I"m doing and explain my process and offer tips and techniques. Part class, party, and show, it's quite fun when I go live. Still not sure? Check out some of my figures on my page
thanks for being dedicated to this difficult and unusual medium /)

Wow your figures are amazing Quick question, do you currently, or are you planning to take commissions at any point?

Thanks! Glad you're interested in commissions.
The largest barrier between me and commissions is the amount of time required to make each one.
So far, all I've worked on is improving the quality. Now the trick will be learning how to improve the quantity without reducing the quality.
The best answer I can give is to check back again soon. Not that I'm trying to get more watchers, but, a commission announcement is definitely journal entry worthy. And if I did open commissions at some point, that would be the fastest/ easiest way to learn about it.

Your models are so fantastic, how do you make them?

Thanks!
All my models start as Hasbro made blind bag toys. My current process consists of 3 general phases; Preparation (sanding, X-acto knifing, primer(optional)), painting (color matching to show), and finishing (varnish).

well, I realize that it's a lot of work but what you use to make them, I mean, you use a special clay or something?
hope I don't bother you with my silly questions

Np
The base models are plastic figures made by Hasbro. When I need to make modifications, I'll use green stuff (two-part epoxy) or super sculpey, a modeling clay.
