I love the camera. I have some times where the pictures turn out grainy, but that's probably more to do with me than the camera. I'm still learning what the best settings are for different situations. Within the settings on the camera, there are options for portrait and nightscape photography. One of my favorite features for portrait is the smile feature. You can set the camera to automatically take a picture when the person in view is smiling. It's not really a good camera for serious professional photography, but for something that you can just through in your bag and go it's great!
