When he's not daydreaming of global peace, ending world hunger, or fighting crime as a caped crusader, Baird Hoffmire is an animator, illustrator, and exhibiting artist. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his beautiful wife, Jane, his equally lovely daughters Sadie and Harper, and their one evil cat. With a BFA in Illustration from Western Carolina University and a BFA in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Baird makes his living as a freelance illustrator, animator, and graphic designer. I kinda figured it was something along those lines (at least the anti-war aspect) or a statement to that effect that was incident specific. Unfortunately (and much to my embarrassment) I know very little about Croatia except the occasionally headline blurb and a graphic novel I read long ago.
Great work. Love your attention to detail, sense of design, rhythm, and the aesthetic.
