Hello, that would be possible - however I'm only open later this fall. 

There are several ways you can do foam - you can directly glue the foam to the fur (non-removable), you can creat 'pockets' where the foam can sit inside (removable), or you can make pouches where you put polyfil (removable if you sew in a zipper). Generally you'll have a base to but it onto - like a Lycra body suit and the fur is like a second skin that goes over that suit with the foam.

I understand yes. I'm finishing my arm sleeves now so I can still use the head as a basic fursuit.

In your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of gluing or pocketing the foam? What has seemed to work best?

The advantages of the glued foam is that it doesn't move, however you can remove it to wash so it can start to smell as it's hard to clean foam. With the pockets you can take out the foam for washing and sanitizing, however sometimes the foam slides around in the pockets- but it is easily adjusted again. Glueing the foam is easy, while making pockets requires more work.

Is one more durable than the other?
It seems like if you're using the suit a lot then pockets are the way to go but if it's only like once or twice a year for a limited time then gluing is okay.

Pretty much, they are both equally durable if they are done with patients and not rushed.

If you plan on wearing it often for long periods of time it's better with pockets, otherwise glueing is fine as well.

I'll basically only be wearing it once or twice a year. I wanted to get it done in time for a local two day festival type thing in a couple of weeks, the quadsuit that is, but I only got enough fur for the head, arm sleeves, and tail. that was with a yard of it.

I'm at a loss as to what to do with my legs. I'm not sure if a halfsuit or just feet paws would be better. feet paws would be cooler to wear (temperature wise) but a halfsuit would pull it together.

If you plan on making it a quadsuit - I suggest just making feet paws for now.

yea i'm there all 3 days. unsure of when i'll wear halsemon. If i get a new costume done, then i'll wear halsemon for a bit on friday and sunday. If no costume gets done, then i'll wear him mostly sat You can't miss me, i take up a 6foot wide bubble space XD i'll probably be forced to stay on the first level otherwise i'll hog the entire hallways.
