The idea for my novel is coming along. It's exciting, and it'll keep me interested the whole month. I did a really basic outline because I feel that if I go into it too much I'll lose interest.
How about you? Do you have any ideas?

I'm the same way. The main reason I can't ever finish large projects is that I lose interest when I start planning too much. And yesterday was my brainstorming day. So it's basically all really unrefined ideas that could be awesome.

My main goal this year is to at least complete a novel. Perhaps I could send you note? If you have the time, maybe we could discuss ideas with eachother - bounce them back and forth.
