Yes, she's not a usual good or evil goddess as it can be in fantasy. She is a demon summoned from middleworld and got her status and powers of "goddess" from the Archmage, the creator of ancient race. I don't have full prologue about this fact translated yet, but there is the beginning of this story on my site - www.ellirhshaan.com/#!--1/c104…
So, she has her own sight on the world and life, own personality and as result - chaotic good alignment)
