hmm went an checked them out too, they have a very "taking back sunday" kind of feel to them. maybe it's just that the lead singers sound way alike, but thats the kind of feeling i get from them. not that it's bad lol, i like taking back sunday, but ya...

Speaking of 'Taking Back Sunday', have you heard of Straylight Run? Some of the band memebers used to be in 'Taking Back Sunday' but their sound is, from what I've heard so far, a little less 'hard'. I really like them. [link] I'm not sure you can listen to the music from their website though, last I knew the links were broken. You can find them on Yahoo Launchcast and one song for download here

i do not know who snow patrol is but just recently i got both "a rush of blood to the head" and "parachutes" by coldplay, and they have me transfixed...soooo cool... nice to see that there are others who like them

Coldplay is amazing! I'm glad you like them, and since you like them so much you should check out Snow Patrol. They are also British and the same basic rock/alternative/pop music stuff. Go to their website and you will be able to listen to some songs.

wow! i went and checked em out and ther rock! *is still listenin to em* i had no clue that they were the group that sung "run" and i really really like that song so ya, i'm happy i found em! but i love your poetry though, it's good stuff, i try to write poetry but it never comes out any good...i wish i had talent lol.
