a Paypal invoice is like a bill that is sent to a buyer from a seller for their goods or services, and adds another layer of safety for a selling artist that paypal.me or direct payments may not. It is overall just a safer method of exchange, especially for larger payments. If you wished to buy a design from someone who only does paypal invoices, you would send your paypal email to them and they would send the invoice to you, which would be made payable from an email you receive for said invoice. The email would redirect you to a paypal purchase page and the payment would be made there. c:
