You do nice work now to join the sword sanctuary you need to make two full size swords. That shouldn't be a problem. There is no restriction on materials.

Your Nightwing cosplay pics are great but have you considered adding a Gatchaman type helmet to sort of complete your Nightwing look? Maybe a black with a light blue beak style visor would do. What do you think?
