Greed looked up from his bar stool and drink. He walked over to her and put his arm on her shoulder, tilting his head to the side.

"Haven't been by in awhile... Something up...? Do you want to talk in private...?" he asked, motioning to the back and upstairs room.

Smiling a little through her nervousness, she was sure, that the sin wouldn't have acted so kindly toward her. On the contrary,she had images of him brushing her off with just a shrug of his shoulder, holding no regard for her at all in his book after such neglect of contact. "Ah...I was just, feeling a little lonely... and I know you always seemed to be in the middle of some sort of party..."

Pandora's cheeks found an embaressed shade of crimson as she looked over toward the side, aware of some of the other chimera watching the interaction between boss and strange Xinganease girl.

Greed sighed, nodding slowly. "Ah... I see. Are you sure you don't want to talk somewhere in private...?" His mind was telling him to ignore her because it had seemed as if she'd abandoned him. He sighed and shook it off, slowly guiding her over to the couch.

Sitting down, he pulled her into his lap, looking at her. "So why haven't you been by in awhile, hmm?"

Letting out a small squeak as she had flailed a little at being pulled down onto his lap, blush still there as she tried to find something to keep herself sat upright and not in some strange lounging position across his thighs. "I..I uh..." She stammered,finally managing to settle herself right.

"I've been having some troubles at home recently... and, my dad coming to visit... It's been a... really, really bad time." Pandora admitted with a slow sigh, picking at the material of her trousers as she looked back up to his face, looking very, very sorry for herself.

"And... you never came to visit me...either..."

Greed nodded slowly, sighing as he reached a hand up to absentmindedly pet the top of her head. Looking back at her, his dark amythest eyes softened slightly.

"Oh...? Hey.... you sure you don't want to move this to a more private location...? I.... I shouldve visited you, considering all that's been going on...." He let out a slow sigh, his leather pants squeaking as he shifted a bit. He realized he'd left his usual vest in his room, leaving him in the version of the shield that clung to his skin and his pants.

Shaking himself back to the more important matter at hand, he unconsciously wrapped his arms around one of the few he trusted completely. "I really shouldve visited you...."

It was nice... to be able to be held like that again, as if she could entrust everything to the other sin that had been bothering her about things that where a little too delicate to mention to Alphonse, she loved her son greatly but there was no reason to keep laying on the problems. And Greed had always wanted to talk before, so... why not now? "Hm? Oh...right, right okay..." She felt like a stranger at that place, so there was no way she'd lead first, pulling herself up off of his lap she waited, black eyes looking around at the other shady characters of the bar.

Greed guided her up to his room, closing the door behind them both, smiling slightly. He looked at her and tilted his head to the side, leading her over to the bed, sitting down and pulling her back onto his lap.

"So.... What happened...? You can let it all out... I'll always listen to you, anything you need to let out, I'll always be here to listen to you..." He gently wrapped his arms around her again. He gently and carefully rested his head on her shoulder, looking over at her out of the corner of his eyes. The only reason he wanted to talk in privacy at times like this was because he didn't want anyone to listen in. He was concerned for her, and he gently pulled her closer.

Pandora felt very much like a sort of rag doll at the point of entering Greed's room, which, hadn't actually changed a whole lot from being there last. Draws still messed up, wardrobe door still broken... bed seemed to be the only thing still working. Giving out another supprised squeak, cat like ears and tail appearing forth before she calmed enough to realize that she could trust him.

"Well... Zolf's turned gay...er." Pandora began as she gazed down at her hands which where in her lap. "He had an affair, shattering my life into peices..." Black eyes lifted as she looked pointedly downward at him, as if secretly asking what it was he had been doing to not come and see her sooner. "If Alphonse had not been my main holding point... I wouldn't be sitting here..."

Greed blinked then frowned. "He did what to you." By this time, Greed was figuring out something horrible to do to the alchemist. He looked at her again, sighing then glancing to the side.

"I... I've been busy with.... trying to get my bar fully back into shape since the fire here recently. And, the only reason I haven't been visiting often, is I didn't know... what happened with you and Zolf.... How badly did he hurt you...? And is he continuing to do so...?" He gently pressed his nose against her cheek. "You never deserved that... Ever." He closed his eyes, slowly holding her closer. The homunculus was more than furious with the alchemist.

Pandora gently folded back her cat like ears as she felt his nose touch to her cheek, already slightly red due to being sat on his lap like that, as it had been so unfarmilular to her... even in the last few days of she and Zolf being together she still felt distant to him...like he didn't want her around, but, Greed seemed so warm! And wanted to have her close to him... Bringing her hands up to tuck away short lengths of hair from her face, she wondered if he had noticed it was cut.

"Well...Like I said,I wouldn't be here... Alphonse kept me from completely destroying myself." She admitted, staring down at her lap, glancing up with her eyes across at the sin before down again. "But... it's just been nothing but trouble since then, him and Al have had a couple of fights and it's not fair on Alphonse either..." She said, turning her palms against the tops of her knees as she pointed her toes together.

"I honestly hoped you might have come by sooner...just to see me...at least."

Greed sighed and looked at her face. He kept listening, figuring Zolf had been an idiot once again to anger Alphonse. He remembered that both Elrics could be very easily angered, Fullmetal more than his younger... but it was still true of Alphonse.

Greed brushed back some of her leangths of hair, smiling slightly. "I knew about the fights... Zolf came in for a bit, grabbed a bottle of vodka sat down and started driking. He said something about being the stupid man he's always been. I of course, stood and listened to all I could. He.... still had his ring on. I assume he used that to trick me into believing nothing was up."

The tall sin sighed softly as he looked at her, "I.... guess I'd somehow wound up a bit more distant since the wedding... I shouldve come sooner when some word reached me that Zolf was over at your place even after your father was gone...." He shook his head and gently reset his chin on her shoulder. "I... heard it seemed like he wanted out of there as soon as possible...."

Pandora sighed heavily as she drew her hands across the top of her knees, holding her palms up toward her face she heaved a heavy sigh, shuddering breath as she was signaled she was close to tears.

"I don't.. I don't very much want to talk about him any more." She admitted, lowering her hands to the top of her knees, closing her eyes tightly to try and stop the tears. "C-Could we... I mean, could I just have a drink?" She asked with a trembling voice, maneuvering herself to stand.

She knew that it was alright to cry around the sin, but the fact is that it had been so long since they had parted it was nerve wracking for her. She didn't know how he'd take it, or if he'd freak out, unable to deal with the situation but it seemed that that topic didn't matter. Nodding her head she wiped the corners of her eyes with the backs of her hands, tail curled tightly around her waist as she followed him downward toward the bar.

"This place still has a lot of colourful people..." She said softly, glancing up at him as she slowly perked both ears upward, twitching them a little when she got wind of a certain conversation.

Greed nodded, reaching over the bar and giving her the strongest whiskey he could find. He poured it into a glass, the ice clinking against the side.

"Right. It's... not going to get rid of them... but... it'll help." Sighing, Greed sat beside her, a bit unnerved by her strange seemingly distant feeling she had. "Hey... it's going to be okay... I'll always be here for you... okay...?"

Looking upward she smiled slightly, cupping the glass between her hands as she looked down at the alcohol... this was going to help numb the pain, she believed... Alphonse was home with Nerin, so there was no danger of him being lonely on that front. Taking a sip of the whiskey she coughed heavily after,

"A-Ah... that is strong." She confessed, before looking over at him, smiling slightly. "Thanks Greed... means a lot."

"Hnn? Dinner?" She blinked, confused by the idea but also delighted by it. It had been a while since she had gone out, the last time was with Alphonse, and that was a rather lovely lunch. Taking another slow sip she got more used to the burning sensation,

"That sounds nice..." Pandora smiled a little, giving a nod as she kept an embarrassed gaze down at her drink. One of her ears twitched slightly, trying to keep hair away from it.

She was unsure if it was the effects of the alcohol, or what she was genuinely feeling but she clutched the empty glass toward her as she began to feel her eyes watering just a little at the corners. Swallowing thickly, she turned her vision toward him,

"Greed... what did I do...? What did't I do...?" She began, taking her eyes off of him to look back down into her empty glass. "Wasn't I enough for him, do you think? Didn't I pay him enough attention..?" She had questioned herself many times.

Black eyes looked back upward at his face as she felt his palm come to contact with her own, blinking away small tears that obscured her vision she sniffed gently. "Then why didn't you tell him that...? Why didn't you come and help me..." She trembled, bottom lip quivering as she slowly turned her face away out of his grip, placing her glass down onto the counter top.

"Greed... I... I can't understand why it's so hard... to keep the people I want to love me near..." She admitted, looking down at her hands that where slowly forming fists, brought close against the front of her chest.

He sighed, violet eyes glancing towards the side. The homunculus shook his head, not knowing how to answer it delicately.

"I couldn't. He wasn't listening to anyone... even me. I should've helped you, but I didn't know how... he was... very protective of you... even if he barely paid attention. He actually cared for someone for the first time. That, was a huge step for him.... maybe... the reason he cheated was.... he just didn't know how to handle it..." He let her chin go when she turned out of his grip.

"Hmm... maybe... for awhile.... it'd be better to just keep friends and close family around... Like Al..." The homunculus knew this may not sound like what she wanted to hear, but it made sense.

Looking back across at him, she felt the smallest of tears trickle down the edge of her cheek, "Y-you mean you want me to go back to Xing?" She whispered in a small voice, another person that wanted her gone... With her shoulders trembling she pushed herself up to stand, wiping away her tears with the backs of her hands hurriedly in an attempt to hide them.

"Yeah... well, he may have been protective but he had a damn near impossible way of showing it. Leaving me alone and wanting in the house till all hours, and even when I did see him..." She sighed, turning off toward the side to look at the exit.

"I guess I should leave then..."

He lowered his gaze and the shook his head. "He didn't know how to show much. He still doesn't. He's a right down idiot when it comes to feelings." The homunculus sighed and rested a hand on Pandora's shoulder.
