We all get that feeling. I get it more so than usual. I think it means I need to cutback on my social networking and focus more on the fun-actually-making-things things.

I think that's mainly what I focus on the most, the having fun making stuff part. I am grateful and love it when people like my stuff and I want to tell them that I appreciate what they did, but I just get rather lazy and don't want to take the few seconds it would take to say thank you. I'm such a horrible person that way aren't I

I've gotten so I don't really respond to anything but comments, so your horribleness isn't quite so horrible
If someone fav bombs I make note, but otherwise, I just peak at their page and see if I like any of their art enough to fav.

I think that's pretty much how I feel, respond to comments at the very least and just ignore faves for weeks or months until I'm tired of having so many "Feedback" messages.
I think that I have been fave bombed before, but I am not entirely sure if I have. I understand that people have many tastes and that our fave folders aren't necessarily going to be cohesive and have like a theme to it (unless you make a folder for a specific fandome or art type etc.) but when the artistic style is like way all over the place it makes me wonder why the person faved my art at all. Especially people who don't have any deviations themselves but have a lot of faved items, that makes me a little skepticle.
