You know, you're violating some of DA's most important rules.
You're going to get banned unless you take anything that isn't yours down.. whether you credit the original artist or not, it's still not something you drew, and therefore isn't allowed.

Why does it matter to you? She is asking for the artists to come forward so she can give credit, and it would be the same as someone using a stock photo in their works. Either way, I live by the "If you don't like it, don't look at it" rule. As should you.

It isn't the same at all. Stock art/photos are created with the intention of allowing other people to edit and modify them with credits given to the original upon completion. This is not edited stock art, it's stolen art. It doesn't matter if she gives credits or not, these drawings are not her's to upload.
It also matters to other people because art theft is wrong and should not be encouraged. I'm sure when the original artist is found, this entire gallery will be removed. How would you feel if somebody else was getting popular and possibly even making money off of your hard work and talent? This is DeviantArt not Photobucket, you can't just upload whatever you want, you're supposed to be making your OWN art.

rethink what you said, she ISNT getting any money. she makes quick little manips. which is the same as using stock if they are credited

Please re-read what I said. I didn't say that she was making money, but that is what alot of art theives do. Take other people's hard work, pass it off as their own and sell it. It's disgusting, it's wrong and taking away work and credibility from the REAL artists. She might not be making money, but she is still stealing. It's not the same as stock art, stock art is free to edit and then you give credits, the art she's using is under copyrights, it's not free stock.
She wants to give credits, which is good, but it's against dA's rules to upload art that is not yours. FAQ #8: What are violations of the deviantART copyright policy? The only time where it is acceptable is when you get explicit written permission from the original artist BEFORE you upload it to dA. She has only done this for 1 of her pictures, so the others should be removed until she has gotten permission. Or better yet she should stop taking from others and make art herself.

Most artists do not like their artwork to be reposted before giving out permission. Also, DA isn't a website to post other artists' work. It is for the individual to post their own work and this-- her gallery is a violation of Deviantart's rules.
Whether you agree with me or not does not change the fact that rules have been broken.

Then I guess it is up to you to do something about that and get the gallery taken down. I don't understand how everyone can be so against it yet do absolutely nothing to solve the issue except complain to others who either don't care or can't do anything to change the fact.

Dear, it's really hard to believe you draw your artworks. I believe it's best to give proper credit to the ones who you got it from to avoid getting banned. ^^!

FAQ #8: What are violations of the deviantART copyright policy?
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
Credit ≠ permission. She needs permission from the original artists to use the art. Crediting or saying "not my art" doesn't replace this requirement.
