What can I tell you? I'm certainly not the most active user on this platform, so it doesn't seem so strange to me. Furthermore, many or few make no difference to me: I am still very pleased that someone likes works that I do sporadically. Maybe one day, when maybe I will have some more free time, I will devote myself to this works a little more... even if I don't think it will happen soon.

So. as a small thought. lets talk alrternitive history. something a little wild. lets say. in the middle of world war II the nazis accidentally let lose a infection. Β the infection. works fast and then onces a subject is dead. a paracite that comes as part of the infection. takes control of the brain. bascily. zombies. standard zombies. and its now spreading fast. only places on earth that are safe are a few cities. islands. and the artic. major cites are now in constant ying yang of chaos and order. how do you think that would effect the outcome of the world. and the war.

In a similar situation I personally believe that the war would end in the background. Considering the mentality of that time, I think the various countries would begin to negotiate to stop "officially" hostilities (anticipating in a few words the "Cold War"), thereby focusing on keeping the borders but, above all, to fight the crisis afflicting the population. This situation will inevitably lead to a dead end, and the civilian population will start to push because the war is finally forgotten, leading governments to choose between a civil war or an international collaboration against the common evil.
About that...
Have you ever played or heard of a game named "Sine Requie"?
It is a post-apocalyptic RPG based on the tarot cards (no dices) in which your character has to survive while on earth is unleashing a real apocalypse, and no one has any idea how it started or how to stop it.
Basically, during that period of history that you've just described Death ceases to exist. In other words, the world has stopped the 40s, and the various nations have addressed the problem of the Living Dead in very different ways. In Germany was formed on Fourth reight in Italy has reconstituted the Catholic Holy Roman Empire, In America is the most complete anarchy, not to mention the ancient Pharaohs who have returned to rule Egypt...

well. the thing is that most likely the nations. like japan. and germany. would use this to continue to fight even more. using the Jewish population. or even Russian pows to infect more people. letting them lose. going into a nation. and cleaning it up. making them look like the hero's. The war would slow down. but eventualy. people would get back onto there feet and start to work on ways to continue to fight. Remember the living dead dont really have much effect in this time. no cell phones or internet. information travles by word of mouth. with people knowing how to do most things on there own.Β

This could also be a possible scenario, but if you explain the plague of the undead as a result of a biological weapon then, given the knowledge and technologies of the time, I think it would be a mere matter of time before even the states that you mentioned end up becoming victims of the new "weapon"... and here we go back to my original theory.
Even nowadays be able to contain and control a biological weapon is an enormous task...

Well... Thanks you! I am really honored for so many appreciations.
However, I suspect that you had slightly confused my works (set in my Gallery) with the works of other artists here on DA that I saved in my gallery of Favorites, since I appreciated their works too.
In this case, I'm really sorry to have to give you a disappointment, but other than what is in my gallery I can not, nor do I want, take possession of rights or merits for works and works of other artists.
