Hey there, welcome to my profile!
I love drawing since I was a teenager, but so far, it's mostly been a hobby for me. I think about earning money with art some day, but I'm not yet sure if and how to do it. That's why I neither chose the level "hobbyist", nor "professional" here ^^ It's my dream to illustrate children's books some day!
Most of the art in my gallery looks rather small - That's because it actually is very small!
I like drawing Artist Trading Cards (you can look it up on wikipedia), because my head is full of ideas and I'd never be able to paint all of them on larger paper. Also, I love the challenge to create elaborate paintings with a correct perspective, atmosphere and nice coloration on a very small format.By the way: My profile and gallery don't really look like it, but I do love creepy illustrations and dark comics
I have absolutely no idea why I always end up drawing cute and colorful stuff. Have a look at my Favourites, if you like these things, too!For 2 years, there was a message in this place telling you I had no time for commissions, art trades and so on, as I had to work hard for university. Meanwhile I graduated... but actually, I still have to catch up things which I had on my to-do-list even before those 2 years. So I'm afraid I still have to ask you to wait. ^^; It may even take some more months until I'm finally free to plan anything new again.

I like your drawing style! It's nice to see pictures so full instead of just one character on a boring background all of mine are boring like that lol.. I need to do more backgrounds..

Oh, but there's a very cute llama in your gallery that has a great background! So you totally know how to fill a picture!
If that's of any help: I like to think about a fitting background and a story, before I start drawing a character. Just make a quick list in your mind: Who is this person, what does he/she do often, where does it take place + do I have to google something, to know what it looks like? (If that's too easy, just add: "Which atmosphere do I want to create and how am I going to do that?")
For example:
Who: The character is a brown cat with white ears.
Occupation: It loves to sleep in tiny spaces.
Where: The picture is supposed to be Halloween-themed, so it sleeps in a hole in a tree on a graveyard.
Atmosphere: I want to create a creepy atmosphere, so it's night, there's mist and a full moon and everything is bathed in green light.
References necessary? I don't remember the usual shape of cat ears, so I look them up.
That's much easier than quickly drawing the cat and having to make up a background afterward ^^

Ah yes, the scan made everything more blue and stole away some green, didn't it? As my scanner usually doesn't have trouble with the green-blue-color-combinations, I wasn't sure if the colors just looked wrong to me, or if they actually weren't the way they looked on the original card.

Ich habe heute morgen dein summary of Art gesehen, bin wirklich sehr erstaunt, dass dies für dich ein schlechtes Jahr war :/
Ich finde deine Leistung toll und möchte, dass du nie aufhörst mit dem malen, da du sehr gut bist.
Muss ich jetzt auch wieder ein summary of Art machen?

Bitte entschuldige die späte Antwort. Ich wünsche dir ein wundervolles neues Jahr 2016! ^^
Hab vielen lieben Dank für die unheimlich netten Worte. Keine Sorge, ich höre bestimmt nicht auf zu Zeichnen, dazu mag ich es viel zu sehr! ^^ Nur wenn mein "Reallife" wirklich anstrengend ist, ist es manchmal ein bisschen schwer, die innere Ruhe fürs Zeichnen zu finden und wenn ich es doch schaffe, dann entsprechen die Bilder meistens nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das war im letzten Jahr leider öfter so... *sfz* Aber aufzuhören kann ich mir nicht vorstellen - und wenn mein normales Leben mal wieder ein bisschen besser läuft, bin ich sicher auch mit meinen Bildern glücklicher.
Jaa, mach doch auch ein Summary of Art! Du hast noch keins gemacht, oder? ^^

Ich war zu faul für ein summary of art XD
Dafür war ich schon fleißig und hab schon ein Dina 4 Bild gemalt, dass ich noch nicht hochgeladen habe, weil ich Angst habe, dass das Pastell zu stark am Scanner färbt x.x
