Your art looks great and all but I have some suggestions.
I suggest getting a different art program : Manga Studio, Paint Tool Sai, or Fire Alpaca. It'll help.
Also try working on the high lightning it looks blurry and unnatural that way. Also I suggest moving away from cartoon for a while and try some realism. It helps to learn realism first

Well.. I draw with my Kindle Fire, and I have Fire Alpaca but when I draw on my computer is looks like scribbles that a 3 year old drew and I do practice sketches and try to use the tools for a good use for shading. Also i'm the worst at copying from references, they screw me up. I have been drawing ever since I was 4 and been drawing cartoon-y for years and drawing realistic is in my drawing goals, not for my Deviantart and YT channels. And my family is broke , so I'm unable to afford a drawing tablet, but don't worry, its on my bucket list! Thanks anyways!
