About chile, I can tell you that here you can find a lot of diferents scenery, like desert and snowy mountains at the same time. Some places can be really beatifull.
about the request, yes, I can take it but sometimes I can't answer in a short period of time ^^.
Finally, I use Paint Tool Sai and sometimes I add some effect in photoshop (but first I always draw in paper and then i scan it).

My hair is only on top of my head(not a mohawk) and it goes down past my fact, but I always have it brushed back or in a ponytail...I'll let you decide which you'd like to do. You don't have to copy the pictures...they're just refs for what I look like.
