He's the middle of the three Baltic brothers.
He's located above Latvia, furthest away from Lithuania, and alongside Russia.
In front of people he acts calm and business-like. He also has a very low dependence on anyone, and is very urbanized and strong in Information Technology.
His love for bread and his economy are both very strong. Ever since leaving Russia, his economy has become one of the fastest growing.
He's the least populated of his brothers, and thus on average makes more money.
Whenever he sees wrongdoing going on, he'll usually speak up and advice against it. However, he won't put up much of a fight unless it's someone he cares for deeply, feeling if someone's stupidity is as much to push on, then they deserve it.
However, he can calmly be able to tell someone off if they provoke the wrong feelings from of him in a passive aggressive manner. Also, has hemophilia and will bleed at the drop of a hat. Much to some people's amusement...

Yes, well.. We've been helping each other with things for quite some time, and although our trade may be very poor... And the distance long... He does hold quite a large population of my people, and it's been a very beneficial thing so far.
