They all look good as far as I can tell. The only thing bothering me is that you use to much smudge (for example on Girls Face) other than that I think you have a keen eye for expressions and have tendency to make long faces... the Michael Phelps one is just weird. One tip for black coloured people. do the main structure of the face than to a a big smudge and start erasing and making light from that afterwards you can to some finishing touches with the pencil.

Thanks for the comments. Michael Phelps didn't come out As I wanted but it's a start. Practice makes perfect. But thanks anywho. As for drawing colored people,that technique won't really work for me. Everyone has a technique that works for the,, thanks for the suggestion though.
