Favorite bands / musical artists: Tupac Shakur i call my father. He is amazing. Otherwise, i'm into some old skool rap, but mainly am a rock chick; symphonic metal, thrash, punk, heavy metal, alternative, 80s musica, drum & bass, trance, even some R&B- w/e speaks to me ...
Favorite books: lotz of fantasy, medieval, "gothic literature", but mainly i read non-fiction. auto-bios, memoirs, psychology, government secrets, music & other artists, history of the world, ETC... i am a nerd, yes.
Favorite writers: currently George Martin. Game of Thrones has become my fantasy world; though I despise the HBO show, the books are absolutely legendary... as a side note, Nikki Sixx's writings are brilliant to me; I have many more but those two are me now lol
Favorite games: elder scrolls, guild wars2, fall out, assassins creed, etc etc etc
Favorite gaming platform: PC!!!
Tools of the Trade: camera, iPod, mi macbook & myself trying to show itself or find itself.
Other Interests: self expression!- Researcher, writer, gamer, reader.i do 'art journals',spiritual and occult studies, fighting 2 save PitBulls from evil humans/death..i love pits...exploring abandon places, new adventures, ALL things Mac =D, macro, symbolism, etc =]
# About me
I'm here trying as the 1st step towards my life long dream; I'm also here to try & heal...and perhaps find some self worth or even some confidence. Still searching for hope... Self Expression is my only security, and that is the heart of my work... Which makes this very scary lol....Music, writing and art are my ways of expressing who I am... From my deepest pain and trauma, to my search for love, beauty, hope; a fantasy world to escape into. This has been my method of coping and expressing myself all of my life, so each piece is very personal to me.
It's very hard for me to share my art but after a talk with a few loved ones I've decided to take a risk... I hope, if nothing else, my photography and abstract digital art/photography, writings- will touch others souls in familiar or comforting ways.
I have two very contrasting styles of art. Both reflect me & my life. Dark=is the past 20 odd years & harsh trauma flashbacks, etc. Nature & Macro= Looking for hope and/or beauty to add some color to my shadow. All other is self expression or symbolic.... but the natural ones are going on another dA (will add link soon as it is up =]] )
