Thanks! That's kinda what I am going for, don't want to be totally traditional. I actually very in the eyes and slederness the most from species to species. I need to draw a Duroon for my gallery. They are very small.. fragile looking aliens in a comic of mine with sweet and innocent eyes. That's the fun of anime you can chage i around alot

Thanks for the advice, czerniana. This is an interesting situation I am in. I was hired to do the comic, and it is going to be sold over the web, hence the royalties thing. The art is my property but the script is his. I doubt that I will be at all pushy, considering he is in England and I am in Canada, what might not be much to him or someone else in Britain is some what more to me. This is definitely going to be fun though. Now I have 26 more pics to go to complete this comic. The whole series will be 250 pics in total. I need to push out 1 a day... Not a problem.

well, hrm. i found your post on gaia and thought i'd follow the little bread crumbs over here 
since you're CGing, maybe making the lines a little more pronounced, with some thick and things in there will make things look less paint and more photoshop. you're not afraid to try poses, which is a good thing. (i myself am afraid to do it, so i rarely do so without a reference. lol )
and perphaps a little more shading. other then that, you're off to a good start! and good luck on the comic. i think the percentage you should ask for really depends on the ammount of time you're going to put into it. if it's a full time job, obviously ask for some money, but if you're only doing it an hour a day or there about, i wouldn't ask for anything or much at all.

Why hello there my artistic or at least interested in art friends. I am Evil Robyn... So you can atleast guress my first name... To cut to the chase, I am a sadistic, evil-minded, and rather, um, creative individual. I am an artist of the Anime genre using ALL the mediums I can get my hands on. I mostly use pencil, Photoshop, charcoal, and chalk pastel though I am currently working on both a watercolor and a stretch canvas acrylic.
My hopeful career is writing. I write poetry, lyrics, short stories, and am currently writing my first book. I am 18 so not too bad an age to get started. I am proudy Canadian and would appreciated critique and compliments on my art.
