I all but broke my foot a couple days ago, so I was limping everywhere, but I got something that I have wanted since I was a kid, so it was super good.

Feh, a lot of people on this site are the worst.
I just feel invisible.
Some stupid fan art will get a million likes, but I come up with a unique character and a story to go along with it, might get 5 if I'm lucky.
I know numbers don't matter, but it is soul-crushing.
Probably why I don't post as much as I used to.
Lost the friends I had, hate everyone else.

Well, some fanart might get the initial attention, but I'm sure some will like your style and start looking at your other pieces. I have a lot of original characters too, so I know how you feel. Most things on my page that get favs and stuff are fanart.

Naw, my style is pretty horrible.
Haven't really drawn much the past week anyways.
I tripped and now my foot is injured pretty badly.
Sit on my foot when I draw, so that's a problem.

That's too bad. I haven't been drawing much recently either. Maybe there are other forms of art you can explore a little? I've been repainting Monster High dolls and making models. I keep planning to make an island scene, but I just haven't started up yet.

I've been doing activities that I can do in a more horizontal position, so that I can elevate my foot when needed. Bruising is pretty bad. So mostly video games and reading. When we're not getting in the truck to avoid the heat! (Our house doesn't have air conditioning, and it's been hitting 100° F here)
