My name is James; I am an illustrator and concept artist, trying to get myself known in the art world. I appreciate all the help and advice you guys have to offer :-).*I am open to commissions and custom drawings if anyone is interested*

I have an (unhealthy) obsession with Fantasy. Unhealthy as in I cannot leave it out of my head longer that roughly an hour if left with to my own devices. I just like to escape into a little fantasy world within my own head sometimes, you know to flee from the big wide world with its big wide world’ness, like war, death, famine, global warming, etc.
People say I’m friendly, have a great sense of humour, brutally honest, have no tact in what I say, but I am reasonably sympathetic and generally good natured.
I have been diagnosed with high-functioning Autism (although I haven’t noticed myself, and if I am straight with you, I don’t think I really was/am), which is funny because for a long time I thought everyone was just weird but it turns out that’s just my perception of people. Being told this at an early age has both hindered and helped me, firstly it’s not ‘nice’ to be labelled but in a way it was given me driving ambition to overcome and learn. I’m very open to talk about anything, or even just listen to what people have to say.
