to improve on anatomy you kinda have to observe people's bodies you see in real-life (maybe that sounds creepy... but it helps lol)
focus on where and how big everything is on a person's body
once you manage to draw a basic body for each gender then you can focus on making more unique body shapes (example: large bodies, athletic, curvy.. etc)
if you see my gallery you can tell im still in this "anatomy" process lol
