Why hello there! I'm an 18 year old art college student majoring in Animation. Photography and Photomanipulations are a huge hobby of mine and so I will be storing and sharing my leftover images as stock for you all! :D YAY! Haha. I would vote for your cause above mentioned but when you get in there you need to give more info on what to vote for... it may have been the top idea when you made the link but it isn't now, they come up randomly
