I'm getting my life back. I've been having a lot of problems with my hip and knee over the course of the last year and a half...and I finally, earlier this month, found SOMEONE that can help me - been seeing a chiropractor. apparently my spine's been doing an S-shape thing side-to-side, and it's getting fixed. as of this weekend, I can actually water all my orchids without hurting afterwards - in fact, I cleaned the apartment quite a bit with B before watering the orchids, and I'm still doing pretty good. I'm amazed, and I swear by chiropractors now.
otherwise, I'm very likely to get a promotion at work (VP of the company and Director of Engineering are both looking at me for the position), which is very squee! and...you knew I was engaged, right? I'm still engaged. hadn't felt up to working on putting a wedding together - that's changing. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I've been working on writing a song for quite a while, I mean one from scratch. I've been playing the ukulele a lot now - I finally found an instrument that doesn't cause hand cramps to play, and I'm enjoying it.
so yeah, I've got a lot going on. still play some games too, still miss RO, still haven't found anything to replace it. what about you?

I play EVE some but mostly, I don't game much any more. Sucks too much of my life out of me. I saw a chiropractor when I was 12. He identified the dairy problem I had. My mother had been forcing so much milk down my throat, I had calcium deposits in between joints. Got me off that and had me breathing well for the first time in 2 years.

are you local to austin? are you going to the brentalfloss/oneups concert over memorial day weekend? I actually am coming down to austin for that. I wanted to go to nerdapalooza, and this concert was my backup plan if I couldn't do it (which I couldn't).

im actually live in florida. i went to austin a few years back for a semi business trip, but want to go back since i enjoyed it so much. and if i am traveling all that way I might as well go to a con while i am there!
