It's a thing I've honestly been seeing for years. And, it disappoints me. I see artists years ahead of me waste their time and effort on pointless fan creations and screeching at anyone who would dare even look at them wrong. They could be doing so much better with their superior talents. I don't know... I'm aware OCs are how I started. But, I was terrible, and I grew past that. I have bigger ambitions for myself. I don't understand why others are wasting their talents, talents far greater than mine.

Shitty attitudes are everywhere - and they're cancer. You might as well chug clorox instead of

see artists using their own imagination and creativity to make something original and

I don't know. I notice a lot of artists on that website are on holy crusades against "art theft." It's a god damn religion to them. At this point, many of them bitch about it and retweet someone else's bitching about it more often than they actually draw. Yeah, my uploads aren't frequent, but at least I have a fucking excuse by balancing it out with music, writing, programming, and a day job. What's their reason? Just complaining. Bunch of god damn pussies. At least you don't see butthurt crying from my feed. Fuck 'em all.

Well that whole "Zef" thing turned out to actually be a thing instead of just jibberish, something involving Africa of all things, so I changed it as soon as possible. Didn't really like what I changed it to, as it was just a temporary fix. This name, however, I really enjoy, and I've been using it for a while already on youtube and whatnot. I think it's cute.

Well, I've been getting further into learning code for game development. I finally assembled a computer, having started saving for that shit since last year or whatever, and it's suited for just that purpose. Other than that, not much is different with me. I suppose as recent as possible, I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow for pain I've been having in my side for a little while now. A little concerned about that, but... whatever.

Actually, another update. It's NOT kidney stones. CT showed everything clear. So... yeah. All three tests came out fine. I have no idea why I'm feeling pain in my abdomen. But... good news? I guess?

I doubt it. With such thorough testing, if something was there, it would have shown up. I mean, I fucking had to drink dye so they could get an even more detailed look at my organs. Barium, I think it was called. God DAMN, that shit was gross. It literally looked like a bottle of jizz. I am dead fucking serious. And that shit, somehow, hurts when you drink it. And it'll make you shit for the rest of your life.

I literally cannot guess what you've been working on. Me being gone so long in college has really caused for me to lose track of what my friends have been up to. But I can't wait to see it.
As for me, my tablet has been trashed for some time now. I had to send it back to the company so they can send back a new one. I haven't been able to draw anything in about two months. But I have been sketching in my drawing pad. Mostly things for college.
Although, my most recent work is a comic I've been doing. I think I announced it already - I think you'll see a few familiar faces in it.Ā

What I drew was that drawing called "Marino." I really have a thing for robot girls. It's something I've had a thing for, for years. And it's certainly something you'll see a lot more of from me in the future.
I try to see what you post on there, but the website doesn't seem to want to work on my phone. Although, I do have internet connection at home, now. I'll see if it will work for me later.
And, your tablet broke? That sucks. If it makes you feel any better, my scanner stopped working after the Marino drawing, so I haven't been able to do anything either. Hopefully it's just a matter of getting a new cord to connect it to the computer directly. Wireless just stopped working, even after the new software I downloaded for it. Fucking piece of shit. But once I get it working again, I'm going to try something I haven't done in a very long time. See if it will be better for the quality of my work.

My old tablet was supposed to be my back up - but it's outdated and WACOM no longer makes drivers for it and they no longer make the model so It's totally worthless now. I'm using it as a fucking coaster...
in other news, I hope to get my new tablet in the mail soon - my hands are feeling quite bored - so I totally understand how frustrating it is when equipment starts malfunctioning for no apparent reason.

Well, thank you. Yes, I'll always enjoy traditional. Although, I think I will dip my toe back into some digital work in the future. Now that I have a better understanding of what I'm doing, I think I may be able to make something good of it. And either way, I'll need to adapt to that when I get further into game development. Can't exactly use traditional drawings for sprites and what have you.
OH MY GOD I JUST GOT MY FUCKING SCANNER TO WORK. Jesus Christ. What the fuck. I had to piss around with the settings. For whatever god damn reason, it decided to completely forget that it's connected to the computer. Like, I seriously cannot think of a reason why it did that. It worked just fine one night, and the next day it performed a Yu-Gi-Oh mind crush on itself or something. Best part is that it's wireless, just like before, so I bought a $15 cable to connect it for nothing. It won't recognize the scanner unless it's wireless, now.
