I've looked at those in scrying and they look pretty awesome on some colours, but they're only available via baldwin, right? I have nooo levels in that, it was introduced after I stopped playing haha. There's always AH tho, I can rack up treasure fairly fast if I do start up dragon commishes again. v.v 
Spines is now gonna be my go-to tert for awful tert colours. Haha. 

How'd your NotN go? I managed to nab three Noc eggs and a random wind egg in coli, tho my sister beat me out with 5 Nocs and a breed change scroll. Lucky bitch psssh. She changed one of her progens and showed me the scrying of what she wants to do though, and it's pretty gorgeous. 

still not over the first NotN giving me a LEMON noc tho. Of all the colours.. ;;

lol I got 2 last year, only one this year. Last years were nasty colors though. I kept this years. :3 She is the black and hot pink girl on my last lair page! XD Also, tons of freaking familars. Like, no joke. XD I want to add cherub and I think toxin, (or poison. Whichever is primary) to my hot pink/black girl. :3 Can't wait! lol I don't mind lemon, as long as it comes with matching colors. XD

Oh man, familiars. I must have had 20 bears at least. I don't even like the bears all that much lmao. The NotN familiars I didn't mind so much, and I don't think I got too many dups of those either. I did get a bunch of hats and staffs from the apparel side of things tho ha. 
I sort of no lifed it and just sat in coli almost all day. Even at work I hopped on my phone and did a bit, killed my phone battery ha. I rly like Nocs. c:

I kept all of my Nocs so far, although I'm not really sure I like the last one I got this year. It's friggin forest/forest lmao. Not the best shade of green, but I can work with it if I find the right genes I think.
Lemonboy had orange wings, so he's pretty matching overall. And.. I think his tert was banana. Some god out there decided to inflict yellowness on me that day. >> Still, I usually get all purples in my lair. So much that I decided to try breed a triple royal derg with my shadow eyes. I got close, but I quit before I actually managed it and.. it doesn't seem worth it anymore lol. Triples aren't that rare now I think?

Cherub is my new favourite primary I think <3 It's so pretty! I have so many dragons I want to cherub haha. So much money losing out bc I have already gened dragons that I want to regene.. 

Ooh I checked and your noc is pretty Tho, did you mean seraph? If you're after poison for primary. Tho dang I checked both combos and both are pretty cool. Toxin on her looks really snazzy haha. Blues and greens in them wings.

Ah That's cool. I get them mixed up too, along with speckle and freckle lol. They're not genes I've used much myself, so it's not really seared into my mind which way round they go. x I wonder what new genes they'll come out with next? Or breeds I saw that they're expanding the colour wheel atm, that's pretty snazzy. I rly like breeding dragons that have a wildly big variation in their wheel, just so it's an actual surprise what I get. Even if it turns out hideous, I can still lvl and exalt if I don't feel it. :3 I get the people that want to breed small variation tho, for that specific coloured dragon. How'd you prefer? I think my favourite range actually IS purple dragons, although I saw some obsidian dragons a while back with neon circuits which were rly cool.

Saw that 'ID neighbour' post going around tumblr recently, I checked and both of mine are dead. ;; actually my entire range is dead, except for #20 lol.

That's fair enough I used to absolutely hate magenta dragons, then a friend of mine decided she was gonna specifically breed triple magentas with arcane eyes JUST FOR ME. I could have screamed. She made a fair amount of money off that, if I remembe rright haha. Now magenta is more of a ehh colour for me, cus the triple she gave me actually gave me some pretty nice babies.. 
I need so many butterflies, so many.

Yeeaa that was sorta how I was. x I used to be dead but just hop back on for festivals to nab the familiars at the least, cus I figured if I started playing again I'd regret missing them. I think I have missed a few, but I'm moostly covered. Went full on dead for a bit till NotN, so probably 1 or 2 festivals in that time. Tho, I'm not much of a fan of either the bears or the acolytes familiars. The sprites were my favouritess and I got all of those. <3
Still hoping they bring that adventure thing out soon, but they hid it from the Play area a while ago plbpt. Least with all the new genes and colours there's a fair amount to do while we wait. c:

That sounds about right tbh, which means I've got a lil way to go from my baby lvl 1. o: I'll have to toss smth into it whenever I'm in between doing stuff just to get it up slowly.
Ha, I have no money. I have about 30k and that's it, I nabbed a lair expansion right after my flights dom started. x I also had a lair purge and damn, so much space! I have space for like, 35 moer dragons right now. That's more space than I've had since I started playing @@ I usually hoard my dragons whether I really want them or not.. I get attached too easy. I'm on 85 slots now, I believe.. soooon, ancient lair. Sooonn.
I remember being on the pinglist for one accent shop, but I think I dropped off it after I died on FR.. They did awesome accents tho o: I'm not so much a fan of full skins bc I like to see my dragons colours showing through, but accents are hot damn yisss. Never actually tried making accents myself yet.. Think I prefer to do fr commishes and buy the accents when I see one I like, lol.

I can't remember if I was on their actual pinglist or just a pinglist for a specific accent.. It might have been the latter, but given that I really like most of their accents I would've thought I'd be on their general list. Either way, when I got back to FR I had no pings from them ;o Could be that they're not playing anymore either, ofc, since I can't even remember what their username was.. I should go rifle through the forums for accent shops to bookmark, I guess! I don't touch the forums much usually lol. 
Thanks I think it was fairly well received by FR in general too, tho it might have been that I underprice myself pretty badly lmao. I spent near enough all day today drawing and god damn if that didn't remind me why I had to buy wrist braces @@ I'm so prone to RSI now, I suspect because I once drew for 8 hours straight with minimal breaks because I was so into that drawing. 
I still don't regret it. Until my wrist starts up again, at least. c:

yeah. I haven't gotten that yet but I don't doubt that I will. I do the same with my art. When people don't ask for commishes, I get the feeling that I priced it too high, then I get a ton of commishes because it's too low. I have no judge on prices. lol

Me eiitherr it's really hard to figure out what you should be pricing things at. I think my fullbody's were at 200kt before, but one of my friends kept nagging at me telling me it was far too low. x.x I guess given how much trouble I have making treasure on FR without my commishes 200kt feels like riches, lmao. I guess go high to start with and slowly lower until there's a reasonable trickle of customers. I had pretty steady customers and a waiting list to ping when I reopened, so I guess my friend was right and I could raise my prices somewhat lol. 

RSI is not a lot of fun, I reaaally recommend getting into the habit of taking regular breaks and doing wrist exercises. v.v I was particularly bad in that I tended to hunch up one shoulder while I drew, too, so I got extreme pain there as well. That went away quite fast once I relaxed, but I had to actively remember to relax it. With RSI tho it takes me up to a week before I have no pain again. That's probably partially because I work in a grocery store though, and I'm regularly lifting things that I probably shouldn't with a badly strained wrist. Even a jug of milk is too much strain when I've made my RSI flare up. x.x So yea, try to prevent it in the first place! It's very painful.

I don't think I will have to try hard because I'm one of those people that when they work on art, I naturally take lots of breaks because my mind just can't become that monotonous. I think I have a slight attention disorder or something because even when I'm working on art that is awesome, it always takes me twice as long to get it done because of my breaks. lol I just can't focus. It's a good and a bad thing. Bad for deadlines, good because I can keep myself from hurting in the long run. XD

Ugh, rl prices are just as hard. x Especially given that a LOT of people online use USD, and I'm from England so I'm sitting over here like a loser with my lil GBP goin 'what is thisssss' every time I see prices in dollars haha.

Well, I'd consider that good! I'd rather take twice as long to finish a drawing because I'm getting distracted than take twice as long because I'm in pain lol. The deadlines thing.. kills it a tad though, yes. I'm pretty slow at my drawing anyway, I was even before I started getting RSI, so I feel that lol. Still, I suppose it's possible to accommodate for it if you start earlier than you would if you were faster. And if it comes right down to it, forcing yourself to get it done.. Might not be any fun, but at least you'd get it finished. I took ages to get any of my FR commishes finished, mostly because I kept straining myself all over again, but not one of them complained or even inquired what was taking so long. FR is lovely.

I don't think I've met anyone mean on FR yet. I know there ARE some people, I remember seeing a bit of drama over it a while back, but overall I think the FR staff/mods are pretty good at keeping it all in line. And from what I've seen, the staff's pretty darn friendly too. c: I guess they can afford to be, while the site still has a relatively small userbase.

It's so confusing right?? I am no good with this conversion stuff, I have to run off to google to convert it. And marvel at the difference, lol. I remember buying a commission from a fab artist on tumblr a while back, she gave me her price and once I converted it I was sitting there going '..no NO THATS TOO LOW OMG'. It's just so much difference o:

Haha, yea, it adds like 10 on I think when you convert GBP to USD. Roughly, anyway. Not quite 10, but closeee. For me it's always a pleasant surprise when a number that looks too much gets converted and turns out to be much more reasonable when its in my currency. x
