Haha, anime stores in Australia are super rare, and have very limited stock. 
Only good-ish thing is that they are usually well priced. 

My cosplay friends and I are going out cosplaying for new years, 
just wondering round the city going anime merch shopping, taking photos and eating japanese food XD

I think it's best you just draw whatever the hell you want, and not care about the likes and favs. 
But if you really want the favs, here's some stuff you could try:

- There are lots of groups where you can pay points to get people to like your work, although I honestly think it's stupid because favorites aren't really worth anything

Even if this doesn't draw in watchers - this can make your current ones like you more, and therefore not losing any 
- Go through other social media - if you have facebook, make an art page, if you have tumblr, link back to your dA etc. 

K, that's pretty much all I can think of right now.
But I still think you shouldn't worry about that. (e.g. my weird ships). 
Drawing things that'll be liked my people that enjoy the same thing is more important than getting favs 
But work hard anyway! I hope you get lots of favs

I swear Haru can't live without Mako, in a 'Mother/Son' way. 
If Haru went alone he'd probs never leave the bathtub (cuz seriously, Mako has helped him out of that EVERYDAY hasn't he??!!)

Since you're not Australian, I'll explain to you - the pool Rin was swimming in is a pool next door to Luna Park, in Sydney Harbour. It was an old abandoned building until HEY they dumped a pool in the middle. And even after the pool was built, it's still pretty abandoned. GREAT RIN! You're swimming in a abandoned pool....
Australian Olympic swimmers train in CANBERRA not SYDNEY. And yes, the pool they went to during episode 12 does host the Olympics, but no one trains there. It's only for competitions. 

So yea, how in the world did Rin get an Australian citizenship so fast anyway? It usually takes up to SIX YEARS. But nope, he got it in 1 day (or 4 years if you count when he was in Australia the first time) but i doubt he would think of joining the Australian team at that point...

If Rin left for Australia, and Mako went to Tokyo without Haru. Haru'll probably live his life racing in his bath tub. Epic life story >_> 
Kyoto had to keep the RinHaru and MakoHaru fans alive, so Haru would live w/ Mako but race with Rin. 

The Australia episode was so crazy and messed up. While watching I kept screaming 'I WAS THERE!!! I WAS THERELKJA;KLRJS;EKL!!!!" 
Rin and Haru seriously travelled from the airport to the city to the suburbs to the city again in a single day. The airport and city aren't even close to each other DX DX 
And Rin was complaining about how hot Japan gets, like seriously, Australia is like 100000 times hotter than japan == like seriously, our hottest day in Sydney this year was like 45 degrees C (113 degrees F). It was pretty fricking hot. 

Hahaha, just because of that end part, I added the original PV to the final episode group journal. 
Finally learnt how to put videos and photos onto the journals

i'm glad they do that really...u know..kinda keeping the ships equal-ish....but my sis is a makoharu shipper and she keeps going on saying that even the creators ship makoharu and all that crap...which i guess is true but still....

Yea, RinHaru was crazy during Season 1, so all the MakoHaru shippers can have their turn Season 2. 
Isn't your sister meant to be older than you??? I would expect her to be a 'little' bit more mature wouldn't you think???? Like seriously, having ship wars with your younger sister is a little be low for an older sibling O_O 

I haven't draw traditionally for so long DX I'm 100% digital-ized now.
I hope you can get back to dA regularly soon, because I seriously need help around the group.
My sister, the other admin, is currently doing her School Certificate exams, so she'll be offline until November T_T.
So right now, I'm by myself.

yeah shes my older sister but these shipper wars we have are only half serious.....and she's right...i mean the creators DO really ship makoharu.....plus it's the most popular ship in free soooo...
and she's not that much older than me and we have all kinds of fights soo....it's normal~

i'll try to go on deviantart more ...it's just i feel so lame not uploading anything plus my computer is very slow and a pain to pull up SAI and stuff and since i'm not on here as much i forget to check on her half the time...
