thanks so much Wolfie that should have been days are getting longer not 'lounge' but that will do! sometimes getting through midwinter is tough for me ... I have to go see the doctor tomorrow for more anti psychotic medications ... I self medicate now and the latest 'new'Β  Psychiatrist wont touch me .. she is an ignoramus at the best of times anyway ... last time we did meet at her request following my mother's deathΒ  ...she wanted to talk about her own family problems concerning her daughter who had attracted a stalker on the internet I mean to say what seriously bad professional ethics ... that was after willfully ignoring all the stuff I had been saying for 40 minutes and offering me new drugs which I refused ... an ignoramus with a salary ... better without them
