To be frank, we had zero clue about the divergence of the 'orders' when we headed into it. 
As for Shantae 3, I can't spoil anything since I've not possessed the spare funds to purchase it, yet. OTL That doesn't mean I've been thoroughly broke, just that discretionary income's been increasingly rare. I could spend cash, but I may NEED that cash soon-ish. Better to err on the cautionary side! As they sorta say.

The chronological order is admittedly a sensible way to go by; you start making sense of the plot way before you're like 10 episodes into it.
