I just got the matcha tea today. Overall I was prepared for the bitterness but I didn't realize how bitter it was going to be. The tea itself is really bitter but I did enjoy the green tea flavor . The after taste was really refreshing as well despite the bitterness. I'm thinking of using it on a dessert that involves ice cream and cake.

Ooo~ Im happy that you got it. I like the bitterness of it - goes well with sweet foods. Try making a matcha milk shake. Should be good. What did your sister think about it?
