Hi, sorry about that, I've heard so from other people too. I'm not really using that address for correspondence anymore anyways, so you may as well block it. All future e-mails will be sent from devos.jelle@hotmail.com
By the way, sorry for not replying for so long. I've been procrastinating for a while to answer your latest mail because of the hope to write a decent answer, but it seems that won't be anytime soon. I'm sorry, but it's just that with the end of the year drawing closer, there's a lot coming together with organising the school dance, entrance exams, finals, year projects and fund raising for the scouts, so I guess it'll be a while before I can resume our correspondence, or at least in the lengthy manner we used to. I might be able to do shorter chats that require less lengthy attention though, if you'd rather?
Anyways, hope you're well and again I offer you my apologies
Jelle

Peace,
P.S-plz don’t scream me like that again I almost had a heart attack and wish you luck on whatever is occupying you.

My hair is still as short as the grass on a tennis court. It starts looking like a hobo's when it grows out, so it's gonna be weird for a while if I ever want to let it grow longer again. It starts looking like the hair from the guy that plays Cicero in Rome, with the sides growing faster than the middle, apparently.
Our prom is slowly coming together now. About two weeks before the opening, our school's financial manager decided he "misunderstood" us when we last discussed our need of an advance to cover the cost of sound, light and the purchase of the drinks, so we had to look for a cheaper alternative for sound and light -_- But today I got response from one of our alternative distributors and we succeeded in cutting expenses by €200
We have our last exam at Thursday and have to be present at school by 2 PM to hear if we've passed, failed or have to do second exams, so my class is going to camp on a field right next to school to celebrate the end of year. Did you do something like that?

Lol I sure hair isn't as bad as you say and who was a normal hairstyle any way(haven't you heard that weird is the new cool). I believe the hair of which you of is called the Caesar. I have officially become the African Amber Rose a title that thing I fairly deserve. It will be nice to have long hair especially if you are a guy. I like the the fact it very unsally thing to see which is kind of attractive.
Wow you guys are slower then when does you school year end. Graduation day has already pass and we are in summer mode at the moment. At the very less you guys had a say in your prom. Our sucked big time no was dance but the Dj pep man and not to mention staff member were watch us. I hope your prom is more amazing them our. Party hard but not too hard that you wake in the middle of nowhere.
I finished all my finals and pass almost everything was kind of easy. The result won't really effect us so most people didn't show up. In our school senior have the option of doing an internship or staying in school. This kids are exempt from taking thieir exam. Our senior trip was canceled because of the recent death of our classmate. We did have an all night graduation party that was pretty fun. It start at 11pm and ended at 4 am. I didn't win anything but I ate a lot gambled a lot and got a tatoo of a tiger. Really a great way to spend our last days together ( I promised myself I would not cry when my mom come to pick me up but i did) T^T

What, you mean a real tattoo, just like that on a graduation party? I didn't think you'd be one to get a tattoo
Some guys do indeed get away with long hair, but I certainly don't. It starts getting semi-curly when it grows too long, so I'm always going to keep it shorter than that. That's kind of a funny system btw, not letting your exam results affect your future In my school, several people are quite nervous because they risk having to redo their final year. Also, someone in my class calculated you could fail with 0% if you have 77% on your total before the exams, which is kind of comforting considering
I'm going to make sure I'm pretty sober at our prom, cause I'm kind of responsible for the whole thing and have to clean up afterwards, but I'm quite sure it'll be amusing. I think it a kind of funny/weird sensation to commute with teachers outside of strict class relations. Like they say in Mean Girls "It's like watching a dog walk on its hind legs"

Then you know me very well cause it is fake. Even so that don't stop me from having a little fun. The most funniest reaction would have to be this guy Eyeol. Now let me tell you this guy has not promise to marry me one but about three time very strange. When I show it to him he was like" this is the worst decision that could have and how my life was going to suck. It was hard not to lol but I keep cool (he is such a spaz sometime). My mother never got to see but I'm sure that would have gotten me a long talk each and every family member.
The fake that our last quarter and our finial don't effect our grade is just prove that we should have a last. The only important test are the AP which get use collage credit after that over school is the last thing on my mind. Don't get me wrong it could be important to those kids in project graduation where graduating is not so close. All i fid in my classes was watch documentarys and watch all the godfather movies( there nothing like being woken up by random gun shots )
I'm trying to block out all that money I spent on hair, makeup and nail. Maybe my collage prom will be a little bit better but will not get my hopes up for anything. How many kids are in your graduating class anyway mine was in the 600's. I haters thinking since you are allowed to drink that most of you were a little more responsible about much you consume. I alway thought the European to be a little more mature then us in the states.

Haha, and is Eyeol for real about this, because my sister has once met this man on the train to Antwerp that tried to convince her to marry him. He told her he would be a very good father for her children and that he would protect her etc etc. xD
Our Math teacher spent too much time on statistics (which is boring and exceedingly easy, btw) so that she didn’t have enough time for spatial geometry, so she rushed through the chapter in about a week and a half, nonetheless asked two questions out of six about it on our geometry exam and now I have to study it again thoroughly because I’ve only browsed through it quickly the evening before the exam, but spatial geometry is a subject for my entrance examination and statistics isn’t. “-_-
It also sucks there’s so many parties etc and I should really study. I’ve kind of procrastinated my preparations waaaaay to long and then there was prom which was a lot of work to get done so I now have to prep in two days for an exam most students take a couple of weeks to prepare for. I really do hope I still make it, but right now I’m not so sure. I guess I’m just gonna have to do my best and hope for a little miracle
My graduation class is only 94 people. Several have to redo certain exams and four people have to repeat their entire year. We had 130 guests (pupils and their guests) + 20 or so teachers. Well I don’t know about the situation at your prom, but we had two pukers and another one that had to be brought home by car by someone’s mother, but that was about it. Most people indeed have got to know their limit by this age, but there’s always those that aren’t used to drink or just don’t care, but I’m at peace with the numbers achieved

Lol that exactly what he told but he will for my hand in marriage he will kill a goat for my parents( aren't I the luckiest girl in the world). Eww it so creepy they try to grab me and move back like one step that they take. I don't think they teach us in school on how to react to creeper. My older brother the best thing to do is to kick them in the balls and run away. Well at the very less you know your is really cute to get a marriage proposal from some random person. O yea what was up with that link it sent me to this random site o.O.
Don't even say those word I say it loud and proud I hate statistics and probability. I never want to take the stupid class in the 1st place but I was able to maintain a C. But my teacher did try her best to make fun but she failed terribly. Like she used this murder who used his victim body parts and how you can never repeat when using people or something like that. Don't give up keep trying we won't give up on u is our school saying so i pass this world to u . I wish u luck cause I know how hard this subject is to pass.
Omg your class size it very small 94 is nothing compared to 600. I seriously fell a sleep during the name calling and they were at D's wake up in the M's. I sat there for almost 3hr. I was going to listen to music for half of it but they took all our stuff when they searched us. I don't know why but it kind of a funny scene to see people drunk like that they really should know their limits. Our proms usually have something interesting happen each year like last year when a boy came in dressed in as a witch wearing pumps..

What link exactly? I don't think I sent you one in the last message, at least I don't see one in the reply above, there's just this weird square sign.
Yes, we are a very small school. Most schools in Belgium are smaller than those in the US, because there's a bigger multitude, but even for here this is a small one. We have so many schools, because education used to be something the church took care of, until the liberals in the 19th century thought the church had too much influence over the state and they wanted state schools. So the amount of schools rose even more (there were already quite a lot of schools in churches and monasteries etc) and the pastors said the children going to state schools were defiant in the eyes of God etc. It's kind of a funny history
But anyways, that and the fact that people used to keep to their own villages as much as possible caused us to have this many schools instead of less and bigger ones. I don't mind my school's being small, it has a kind of familiar and cozy atmosphere. Almost everybody knows each other.
We don't have people dressing up as witches or something, just a teacher who had a little too much cava (some sort of Spanish variant to champagne that's gotten pretty popular here lately cause it's just a little less sparkly and costs a lot less, do you know it?) and some guys jumping in the pool.
Our proclamation also takes a while, but that's because there's this tradition where the homeroom teacher says a little about the character etc. of each person graduating. It dates from the time our school was just a little boarding school with ten people graduating each year, but they wanted to keep the tradition, so now it's this lengthy procedure with people interceding at times to say a few words about teachers going on their pension (I have to do two of those) or play a song on their instrument.
I have proclamation (=graduation) in between my two exam days for the Army, so I have to go home early and do some final freshing up on complex numbers, spatial geometry and differential algebra -_-"
I can look forward to what comes after though, post-exam parties are usually 'the bomb' (do people actually say that, cause it sounds ridiculous xD). Also, do you know Astrid Bryan?

We don't really have a distinct theme, but the girls responsible for the decoration did want to make sure it looked sort of fancy. I haven't asked anyone yet, but it's not really obligated to bring someone as a date either, many who don't have a girlfriend just come alone. And what are your plans for the occasion

It seem that most of the schools are having the same theme as us. I swear by the time prom is over I will be broke. Everyone is really excited to see me in my dress because of my dislike of dresses and skirts. I've chooses to go with my girl cousin and a group of friends of my.could you believe my own mother offered to hook me up with a co-workers' son -_-... I don't really fancy anyone in my school and I have lots of guy and girlfriends that I can dance with so i'll be fine. After prom will most like be like hangover and it may end with someone being arrested. Hay if you have a date you can alway go with meXD

Hay it not as werid as you think i mean i won't physicaly be there but i will be in spirit. It not that I don't want to go with my guy friends it just feel a little awkward that all. A few people felt sorry for me and decided that they were going with. I declined the offers because one most of them were over the age of 21 (who want to go to the most important dance in high with their father). The boys in my school were very serious when it came to asking the girls out. My all time David one was during lunch we were getting a speech by our principal about the importantance of education ( Boring). All of a sudden this boy just grab the mic out of her hand. Then he start confessing about how he was unfaithful and everyone is like Wtf is going on. then girl stand up and her into the boys arm and start making out in the middle of the cafeteria. The funny part was when one of the 11th grader scream screamed " Don't take him you better then that"--the end

Oh God that sounds so hilarious xD Stuff like that never happens at my school, it's the pinnacle of dullness combined with amateurism in organisation. Was it a joke, though, or for real? Because I couldn't quite picture myself doing that and being serious about it. And what was the principal's reaction?
I haven't even heard people at our school talking about who they're taking, let alone see amusing scenes of people asking each other out A friend of mine who's in a scouting group in the neighbourhood, told me her leaders offered to deliver her at the evening, standing up on a trailer for transport, as a parody of American High School dramas where teens hire limos to arrive at their proms.

The only reason why we do this things is so we don't get stressed out about the school year ending so she is very understanding sometimes. Do you think that it weird that I offered my little bro as a date to a friend. Or the fact that some suggested that I go to prom
With a reversed mohawk....Yea I know some strange people but I wanted to do some werid stuff before I go. Here some thing that I though was very entertaining so me and my friend James found a mask of Bill Gate in our art closet. We took it as our responsibity to share it with the rest of school by scaring the shit out of some classmates and facaility members. BEST ClASS PERIOD EVER!!!!!!
Prom is tommorow and I can't wait and my head hurts a little because I just
got my hair done but I feel like a fricken princess. We should exchange pic when this is over it'd be fun to see each others prom. Wish me luck

Good luck! Offering your little brother as a date isn't weird at all. When you say you've got your hair done, are talking about the mohawk? xD
Our prom isn't till the 23rd of June, but there'll be a photographer, so I'll be sure to send you the pictures
A friend of mine who's only 15 or 16 (either 15 going on 16 or just became 16 this year) has recently won a poetry competition for her age category. The assignment was to write your own version of an existing poem of Jotie T'Hooft. I like Jotie T'Hooft and have read several poems by his hand, but I swear I wouldn't have known to discern my friend's poem from one of his if she hadn't told me it was hers o.O

I sorry for the delay but a few thing come up this pass few weeks. Prom was ok not memorable but I did like the fact that everyone was their including my friend fly_glove who looked cute in her lolita dress. It was weird that no one recognized me and everyone was shock to see me in a dress. My dress a little so long for me and I felt annoyed having to hold my dress up when I want to walk. Sorry to say but didn't shave my head but i'll do that later in the summer. My brother left extra early with this date because he had to meet her mom and dad. My brother forgot to get his date a crosag you shouldn't ever forget something that important. What was funny was when it was time for the slow dance and brother could find his date. She was look for him as well and found very funny how the we're look for each in the crowd miss each other a every turn. They found each with 30 sec to until the sound ended. After prom I return home cause we were moving that same day ( unlike my friends who wenting clubbing) now I can' t wait for collage.... I don' t think I want to return to Alexandria I have too bad memories that I like to forget. Recently a friend of mine who I knew since childhood commited suicide and I'm still in shock. It seem like just yesterday he was talking about taking picture at prom and now he gone. I don't know much about what happen but what i've heard
is that he was upset with his girlfriend. I miss him but I just can't bring myself to cry yet. I wish to pray for him but since he don't believe in god I don't think he would like that. I love all my friends dearly and when news like this comes around I can't help but feel hopeless.

Well, being that incognito was perhaps a possibility to exploit. Could've had some fun talking to people to have them find out later in the conversation who you are
Please do send me the pictures whenever you end up shaving your head, I'm curious what you'll look like.
Is a crosag that kind of broche thingy guys give to the girls they're taking to prom? We don't have that here, but I've seen people doing that in popular culture.
I have a funny dance story to tell myself My grandparents are married for 50 years this year and they organised a family party to celebrate. I had to dance with my grandmother during the second dance, but I never actually learned to dance except the rock & roll. So when the waltz set it, I kind of had to improvise and try to follow my grandma's lead, even though the man is supposed to have the leading role. I didn't actually step on her toes, but I did end up moving in the wrong directions at each other turn xD
I'm sorry to hear of your friend. Unless he was really opposed to religion, though, he might've thought it sweet of you to pray for him, even though he's not religious himself. It must be really hard for his girlfriend, though, to hear of this.
Do you have a pretty certain idea yet of what college you're going for? And do you have to succeed for certain selection courses to get in?
