# About me
I'm a writer - currently unpublished, but working to amend that fact. My first novel is technically finished, however I'm still stuck in the never-ending cycle of editing. (oh joy) I've started dozens of other books, but I'm really trying to stay focused on writing this series.I'm ALSO in the process of writing a Series with my best friend of 18 years, and hope to get that published soon-ish as well. :)
I horde books like toilet paper during an apocalypse... I've even forgone any dressers or anything in my bedroom to make room for more bookcases.
I play World of Warcraft (For the Horde!!) (Since Vanilla! :P )
I rescue Cats and Dogs - though I also have a rabbit and fish. My husband and I live on a farm (beef cattle) that has been in my family since 1890.
I love drawing - though I don't do it very often, writing is my main thing. I don't tend to post any writings online though, because frankly I don't trust anyone not to steal it.
I never grew out of my "goth/emo" phase, I like black and leather jackets and boots. I love music - typically rock and its many forms, however I very much like orchestral/symphony/movie soundtracks... its great to listen to while writing. I despise rap. Country I have to be in the mood for - I generally hate most of it, except for older stuff.
Fantasy and Sci-fi are my favorite genres of anything.
I collect Marvel Comics - and have since I was about 12 years old. Back when I was the weird kid in black, sitting in the corner with X-Men comics - nothing has changed in that respect. lol (except now its cool to like superheros /eyeroll )
I'm highly distrustful of people and like to keep at a distance. That being said, I've dealt with a lot of anxiety and depression, and truly do not mind being messaged if anyone ever feels like they need someone to talk to. Sometimes talking to a stranger can save your life. As I found out myself, by finding someone on here to talk to when I was highly depressed and borderline suicidal years ago. So if you ever need someone to talk to/vent to that is entirely outside of your situation, feel free to send a message.
Not sure what else to add here... guess if I think of anything else I'll add it later.
