See, I really want to, but it just doesn't work out in the canon plotline. D: Fauste was there because he had to die. (He wasn't supposed to be Jesse's boyfriend, he wasn't supposed to send him into suicidal depression, he wasn't supposed to get 70 pages of screentime... Don't you hate it sometimes when characters refuse to listen?) Still...

I feel like their happy ending would have resulted in a shared apartment and sleeping tangled up in one bed being adorable and Fauste going out to school (trying to make Jesse go too - maybe he would've convinced him eventually) and getting a good job (or maybe taking after his mother and going into the semi-illegal gun trade) and I don't think there would have been much talk in terms of marriage... I don't think either of them is particularly religious and I bet Jesse would think of it as being on display. And... Fauste is probably asexual, so probably not much there either. (He'd probably try for Jesse's sake, but I don't think it would be a regular sort of thing.)
IN ANY CASE, THEY WOULD BE CUTE AND AMAZING AND LOVELY AND I WISH THIS COULD HAPPEN. I think it will be discussed, though... Between Jesse and Raven/Ray, right after "Missing You".
