Napalm Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily to protect his secret weapons factory, where he would spend his spare time searching for weapons as strong or stronger than his own.
Napalm Man is a weapons enthusiast, and is extremely loyal to Wily. He is equipped with explosives called Napalm Bombs in his arms, can launch missiles straight forward from his head, and can fire six small homing missiles from his shoulders. He has treads on his feet and can use the rocket on his back to reach incredible speeds.
You don't f*ck with the Napalm.
Because he is a walking weapon, even his allies feel uncomfortable near him, so he doesn't have many friends. He is a bit cocky (with good reason, of course), and will often end up blowing things up if he can't come to a better solution. He does try, though.

((I have attempted to identify Napalm's weaponry to their closest real-world counterparts. These are what I came up with:
Head cannon: RBS-15 Cruise missile (short-range, no targeting)
Shoulders: SS-1 "Scud" ballistic missiles (medium-range, laser-targeting)
Napalm Bombs: modified grenades (fragmentation/ incendiary)))
