Basically, you just need to make an image 50x50 pixels.

If you want an animated one (like mine!), you'll need some kind of animation software. I use Jasc Animation Shop, because it came free when I got Paintshop

There are some websites that will resize images for you, but I don't really use them, as I use Paintshop pro for colouring and stuff, and I can resize using that.
