No kidding. My pictures of the moon would have been crap with out my tripod.

i didn't even haave a tripod. i had to lay down using 2 prime lenses to prop up and my right glove to cushion the base of the camera from the gravel XD i need to invest on one soon

i like playing the macgyver of photography XD the other pics were in my car using the non slip pad i had laying around. i think i will bring a non slip pad with from now on. it was pretty useful.
