As you have aptly pointed out, I have not been around lately. There are various reasons for this. A small (very small; minuscule even) one being that you have, indeed, made me fear you in a 'primitive'(as you put it) way. However, through your analogy of fire you have hit upon a cord of untruth. You imply that you fascinate me utterly, while, in reality, you fascinate me only mildly. I must admit, that with this strange degree of fascination you do cross my mind every now and then.
And as for your request for me to "Get back here soon so I can show you up" I believe that the soon arrival of NaNoWriMo has given me the blazing spirit to throw myself back into my writing.

I would never cheat on an agreed upon contest(and I do agree to your challenge). That you would even think that I would need this specified is preposterous. Even though you are my Nemesis, I do not, for one moment, believe you to be so moronic. Thus, this leads me to believe that such a specificity is, in reality, a slyly veiled insult to me. No doubt you were chortling to yourself, thinking you were a master of subtle belittling comments, but you are wrong. I saw through it.
Unlike you, I do not feel the need to hide my potent feelings behind superfluous rules and disparaging remarks. You, m'dear, are an artless, boil-brained, canker-blossom!

Oh my dear Flick, it appears as if I haven't gotten in to AV. Oh muffins. It's probably for the best, considering the rather deceased state of my laptop, and my own soon to be deceased state, thanks to the fact that my professors have once again conspired against me and have pitted me against the gauntlet o' exams this week.
Anywho, I shall be cheering for you and your boys. If it's any different, I have Sarosh and Gwendolyn dressed up in cheerleader outfits for you. Sadly, I don't think they make such garmentry for giant hamster wheels. I shall be on the look out for future OCTs in order to finally hand you a beating in return for Desire.
