You planning on doing a tribute for him at some point in The Legend of Spider-Man? Because I have a suggestion for that: when Peter Parker is in a near-death experience, have the spirit of Stan Lee encourage the former to not give up and that there are people in Warfang who need him.
Of course, that's just a suggestion and it's your choice on whether or not you'd like to use it. I just thought it would make a great cameo scene for Stan in your story since many of the Marvel films, TV shows, and some games that came out in the 21st century all featured cameo appearances of him (including the PS4 Spider-Man where he's shown playing a diner cook).
