Oh, how? well, you go to the page of a stamp you liked and want to use, for example this one [link]
Now, you just go to the details of the deviaton and there must be the box "Thumb", you copy the code (:thumb282031134: ) and then you paste it on your DeviantID or journal, that's all
Also, I don't think there's a limit for how many stamps you can use
