Sorry to bug you but I am looking for an art program for line arts and such.Β
I know you do some digital art.

Well I personally use Photoshop Elements 8 for all my digital artwork on the computer, it came free with my tablet. its a bit to get use to but once you get the hang of it and figure out some short cuts its a blast to work on. Autodesk Sketchobook is pretty great too, i have the trial version on the laptop ( I also have the app for it on android which is my fave drawing app on the phone. They have tons of other free drawings apps on Google play.)
I hear SAI is really good too, I havent used it myself though so don't have a real opinion of it o:
