# About me
Frank-Ringo Gutacker was born 1974 in Berlin on September the 25th. He grew up in the former German Democratic Republic.After the political turnaround in Germany and in the sense of family tradition he dabbles as a baker but a short time later he went to the navy. During his navy period of eight years he worked in several places all over the world. He travelled through Scandinavia, France, Ireland, Canada, and the Caribbean.
He managed his own IT project office in Flensburg and conducts successful missions up to large-scale enterprise level until the birth of his daughter Shanice in 2003.
Contemporaneously he worked on his photography skills since his 12th birthday. He starts with results of his small darkroom and an analogue Beirette camera. Later he convinces with miraculous colorful photographs. Most of them were created with modern DSLR cameras and retouched using special digital techniques.

Ich hab gerade deine Gallerie man von Seite 1 aus angefangen und mir deine Bild angeguckt. So cool wie man sieht wie die Bilder sich verändern von Seite zu Seite. Wohin sich dein Stil richtet etc. Deine Portraits sind echt gut, du hast aber auch klasse Models.

Ich fertige die HDR's unterschiedlich an. Ganz selten nehme ich ein RAW als Ausgangsbild. Meistens arbeite ich mit Belichtungsreihen aus bis zu neun Bildern. Anschließend Photomatix -> Photoshop - fertich!

Hi Frank, ja so mach ich das auch. Nur ohne Photoshop (noch). Ich hab aber ein Problem mit dem Himmel, meisten "verschmieren" dann die Wolken durch die Mehrfachbelichtung (bedauerlich, dass man die Biester nicht mal dazu bewegen kann stillzustehen). Damit hat man den Effekt, dass man trotz aufgelockerter Bewölkung einen wolkigen Himmel auf dem HDR hat.
Naja .. ich werds einfach weiter versuchen.

Hehe - ja da hast du wohl Recht! Komischerweise hab ich da noch nie drauf geachtet bzw. mit dem Effekt angefreundet. Bin gerade leider auf Arbeit und kann deswegen nicht nachschauen, aber hilft da eventuall nicht die Möglichkeit weiter, "Geister" zu entfernen?!

das hab ich mir auch schon gedacht, werd ich mal versuchen, vielleicht klappts dann auch mit dem himmel 
Potsdam West ist im übrigen wirklich ein tolles Bild. Ich bin immer begeistert schöne Fotos aus meiner "alten Heimat" zu sehen...

Oh vielen Dank Micha! Ich liebe diese Aufnahme auch. Zumal ich auch so glücklich war, dass man mich dafür ins Mercure-Hotel in die Konferenzräume im 17. Stock gelassen hat, um dieses Bild anfertigen zu können! Hehe - auf dem Bild schimmert sogar Sanssouci ganz klein und versteckt - haste es gefunden?

Mit ein bisschen Ortskenntnis sieht man es. Ich glaube ohnehin, dass das Mercure ein super Ort Panoramabilder zu machen, ähnlich wieder Babelsberger Park (das musste ich als Babelsberger dazu sagen
