Most definitely! It's an amazing series. I can't wait for MGS4...I think I'll just about die.
I haven't decided if the main character is actually big boss or Solid Snake...If you think about it he looks awful lot like Big Boss.

heh that was the plan. the full circle. being that he's a clone of the Big Boss, Kojima wanted to achieve the full similarity during the series. there's also some rumours that that the Big Boss will also apear in this part. i don't know if you've seen the cutscenes but in one moment Snake and Ocelot fight in two metal gears (Rex and Ray).
i'm actually thinking of buying ps3 just for that game...

Oh I've hunted down every clip of that game! haha
Kojima never stops amazing me with the stuff he does in those games.
I think I got a shot of Meryl in there. That would be badass if she was in it as well!
Yea I don't have a PS3 either...But when I comes out I'll make sure to have one.

I don't think there will be any disappointment there.
I think people who haven't played the others will have a hard time playing this one because I'm sure he somehow has some part in the game where you have to actually blow up your PS3 to win a boss fight...lmao.
