By the way,whats the difference between early 2000s artstyle and the newest anime artstyle? I dont really see the difference.

I thought it was a lot more rounder (both chibi and anime) with having greater spaced out eyes and using softer color palettes more often (pastel..??)

vs newer styles having more edges and points and I guess still pastel but also more vibrant, sharper colors and the eyes closer together

Idk if it’s a thing but I kinda divide them up like that because of early rpg games with the first style mentioned ^^’
